قسمت هشتم برنامهی فراساختار بخش سه در قسمت هشتم از برنامهی فراساختار، میزبان سورن ای. شوستر، فیلسوف آلمانی و نویسندهی کتاب مسئول ارشد فلسفه بودم. این کتاب مشتمل بر هشت مصاحبه با هشت فیلسوف از سراسر جهان، پیرامون این سمت و نقش سازمانی جدید، میباشد. سورن ای. شوستر که اکنون به عنوان دستیار پژوهشی با انستیتو طراحی اقتصادی برلین همکاری دارد، در تلاش است تا در پژوهشهای خود، تاثیرات مسئول ارشد فلسفه یا chief philosophy officer یا به اختصار cpo را بیشتر نشان دهد. اما این نقش جدید یعنی سی پی او، اولین بار در ایران توسط فیلسوف ایرانی، دیداد تعریف و تبیین شده و به طور رسمی وارد سازمانهای ایران گردید. مفهومی که روز به روز توجه سازمانهای بیشتری را به خود جلب میکند. در این برنامه، به بحث و گفتگو پیرامون سی پی او و تاثیرات آن پرداختیم. گفتگویی عمیق و معنادار که همواره جزواهداف برنامهی فراساختار بوده است. برنامهی فراساختار قسمت هشتم - بخش سه ابا اباد The Eighth Episode of the Metastructure Program Part Three In the eighth episode of the Metastructure program, I hosted Sören E. Schuster, German philosopher and author of the book "Chief Philosophy Officer". This book consists of eight interviews with eight philosophers from around the world, focusing on this important position and organizational role. Sören E. Schuster, who is currently collaborating as a research assistant with the Institute for Economic Design in Berlin, is trying to demonstrate the impacts of the Chief Philosophy Officer (CPO) in his research. This new role, CPO, was defined and explained for the first time in Iran by Iranian philosopher, Daydaad, and officially entered Iranian organizations. A concept that is attracting more and more attention from organizations day by day. In this program, we discussed and talked about the CPO and its impacts, deep and meaningful conversations which has always been one of the goals of the Metastructure program.
