شیرینی سنتی برشتوک

شیرینی سنتی برشتوک Breshtuk Bereshtouk is one of the delicious and traditional sweets of Isfahan. Ingredients: 1. 50 grams of chocolate (melted chocolate should be poured into the third mold and put in the freezer for half an hour) 2. 100 grams of chickpea flour (sifted, roasted on low heat for about 15 minutes and sieved again) 3. 30 grams of butter + 30 grams of solid cooking oil (add to the re-sifted flour and fry on low heat for a few minutes) 4. Powdered sugar, one third of a cup 5. A quarter of a teaspoon of cardamom powder (items 4 and 5 are added to the chickpea paste and fried on low heat for just seconds) Pour the hot chickpea paste mixture into the mold containing the chocolate, press it and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
